1. Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement

By placing an order on norvaint.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed and accepted our return conditions and timeframes
  • You will follow the return procedure outlined in this policy
  • In case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all order records may be used as supporting documentation

2. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
  • Only minimal handling for inspection is permitted
  • Returns must be pre-approved before shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse not caused by us.


3. How to Start a Return

After approval, you will receive return instructions.

Do not send items back without confirmation, as unapproved returns may be rejected.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@norvaint.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or alternative solution depending on stock availability.

In some cases, return shipping may not be required for defective items.


5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order details and tracking information.

We will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, any return or handling costs may be deducted from the refund.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and affect future ordering eligibility.
